Job Description 💼

This internship program offers a unique opportunity for you to develop in strategic areas of the private equity market, participating in challenging and high-impact projects in Capital Formation, Communication and Investments.

Capital Formation 📈

• Independently draft and refine core marketing materials such as pitchbooks, teasers, case studies, and investment strategy messaging
• Develop thematic and market research briefs into investor-facing messaging consisting of presentations, periodic newsletters, and other thought leadership pieces.
• Partner with senior team members to prepare for and execute prospective investor meetings, roadshows, annual meetings, and fundraising events
• Gain a deep understanding of the alternative investment market, delivering actionable insights on industry trends, returns analysis and competitive landscape.
• Cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders to align messaging, performance reporting, and diligence needs in a timely, coordinated manner.
• Assist area managers with routine and ad-hoc tasks, maintaining proactive engagement

Requirements 🎓

• Enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields, with an expected graduation date of June 2028;

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in English and Portuguese

• Demonstrated Interest and past experience in private equity, investments, management consulting, or investment banking; prior exposure to private equity capital formation highly desirable;

• Ability to work independently in a dynamic and challenging environment;

• Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;

• Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and the ability to interpret and present data effectively;

• High awareness and judgement in handling sensitive and confidential information

• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
