Job Description 💼
This internship program offers a unique opportunity for you to develop in strategic areas of the private equity market, participating in challenging and high-impact projects in Human Resources, ESG+I, FP&A, and Investments.

Responsabilidades e atribuições
Human Resources – Focus on PMO 📊
• Support the HR team in collecting, analyzing, and reporting human resources data and KPIs;
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to monitor metrics such as turnover, compensation, and performance;
• Prepare presentations and reports for leadership, providing insights based on HR data;
• Support decision-making based on data analysis and strategic recommendations to optimize HR processes;
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data in HR systems and reports;
• Collaborate with other teams to optimize HR reporting processes and structures;
• Provide support to the payroll department.
Requisitos e qualificações
Requirements 🎓
• Enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields, with an expected graduation date of December 2026;
• Intermediate/Advanced English;
• Interest or prior knowledge in private equity, investments, Human Resources (focus on analytics), sustainability (ESG), financial analysis (FP&A), and Investment Team areas;
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic and challenging environment;
• Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and the ability to interpret and present data effectively;
• Commitment to data confidentiality and financial security;
• Desirable: Knowledge in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical platforms.
