Job Description 💼

This internship program offers a unique opportunity for you to develop in strategic areas of the private equity market, participating in challenging and high-impact projects in Human Resources, ESG+I, FP&A, and Investments.

FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) 💹

• Manage the 12-month P&L and cash flows, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions.

• Maintain full control over financial data, ensuring the integrity of records and safeguarding the confidentiality of information (cyber and physical security).

• Understand the impacts of FX movements, legal structures, cost allocation rules, and other financial factors influencing the operations.

• Analyze business performance, identify deviations, and lead the implementation of corrective action plans when needed.

• Develop presentations and reports for analysis and decision-making by top management and potential investors.

• Manage financial spreadsheets and files, and support the creation and structuring of procedures, routines, and policies from scratch.

Requirements 🎓

• Enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields, with an expected graduation date of December 2026;

• Intermediate/Advanced English;

• Interest or prior knowledge in private equity, investments, Human Resources (focus on analytics), sustainability (ESG), financial analysis (FP&A), and Investment Team areas;

• Ability to work independently in a dynamic and challenging environment;

• Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;

• Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and the ability to interpret and present data effectively;

• Commitment to data confidentiality and financial security;

• Desirable: Knowledge in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical platforms.
