Job Description 💼

This internship program offers a unique opportunity for you to develop in strategic areas of the private equity market, participating in challenging and high-impact projects in Human Resources, ESG+I, FP&A, and Investments.

Investment Team 📈

• Conduct industry and market research to identify trends, risks, and potential growth areas.

• Assist in preparing investment memos, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Summarize key financial and strategic insights in a clear and structured manner.

• Support the valuation of investment opportunities using financial modeling techniques.

• Assist in due diligence processes, collecting, organizing, and analyzing financial and operational data, industry trends, and potential risks.

• Support the investment team in identifying, analyzing, and evaluating new and existing investment opportunities. Engage with companies, advisors, and industry professionals to support deal sourcing and transaction opportunities.

• Help monitor and track portfolio company performance by compiling key financial and operational KPIs. Assist in identifying potential areas for operational improvements or risk mitigation.

• Demonstrate strong proactivity and initiative, contributing ideas and improvements to processes. Engage in learning opportunities by asking questions and providing analytical insights.

• Effectively communicate insights and recommendations through reports and presentations in both Portuguese and English. Collaborate with team members to present data-driven investment perspectives.

Requirements 🎓

• Enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields, with an expected graduation date of December 2026;

• Intermediate/Advanced English;

• Interest or prior knowledge in private equity, investments, Human Resources (focus on analytics), sustainability (ESG), financial analysis (FP&A), and Investment Team areas;

• Ability to work independently in a dynamic and challenging environment;

• Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;

• Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and the ability to interpret and present data effectively;

• Commitment to data confidentiality and financial security;

• Desirable: Knowledge in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical platforms.
